Dr. Alpert has experience as an expert witness working with attorneys from major corporate law firms and civil rights organizations. He has provided written evaluations for successful cases related to cross-cultural mental health, mental healthcare for incarcerated individuals, individuals with limited English proficiency, and PTSD. Expert witness services include: drafting reports, reviewing depositions and medical records, interviewing clients, testifying in court, etc. Fees are calculated on an hourly basis.
