For those who are receiving treatment from another provider and would like a one-time consultation, Dr. Alpert can provide a thorough assessment by reviewing your relevant medical records and discussing your past medical and psychiatric history with you. Dr. Alpert can provide a written report with his treatment recommendations to you and/or your current provider(s). Please note that this visit is not for purposes of establishing a doctor-patient relationship or for pursuing ongoing care.
